Publitio, can you please give some example or further explanation for upload progress report feature? I am testing paid subscription now, and your product looks very promising! But for use case, where end users will upload videos(potentially big) on custom website, upload progress report is a must. Embedded Upload Widget is an awesome solution too, can you please give this feature status as of August 2021?Thanks for great service!

You used to offer a plan that included one terabyte a band with but all I see is the nine dollar monthly plan now. This is not enough band with for my business, are there any better plans?
New Premium plan is unlimited i.e it starts with $9/month and includes 50GB storage and 100GB bandwidth, and if you go over that limit you pay-as-you-go for extra storage and/or bandwidth used.

I turned on hls encryption for some of my files. Since then I can't hear sound of video files. Only I Could see video playing

Contact the support team and send the link to the video files. You turned on HLS after uploading, so the system needed to create new versions, might be versions didn't convert well.

I have been a free member for almost a year now and I used 4 GB of my 10 GB at the moment, my next billing time is 10 Aug 2021. I have never had an issue, but suddenly since 14 Jul 2021, when I login successfully and try to go to my videos, I get "Error: Unauthorized" message, could you help please

Hello, I am using a page builder for WordPress and when I upload a media like pictures it would be great if I can select the images from there. Seems like there is only a publitio block for gutenberg

You should use either Publitio block for WP in Gutenberg Editor or in the classic editor you have Publitio button.
Both work with the standard Publitio WordPress plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/publitio/
If you are using WordPress offloading plugin then Beaver should be used as native WordPress and all images and videos should be auto replaced by the plugin.

What embed method do you use to embed files from Publitio?
The thumbnail is used within the Publitio player.
So you can use our iframe, or make a custom integration with a video source and thumbnail (image) link if you like.
* Also Thumbnail can't be displayed if you turned on autoplay. *

Hi, I am developing a Flutter app and using Publit,io to host video files uploaded by users. I don't know how to generate a new Access Token for my Flutter App to access video contents. In the app, I simply use the download_url (provided after a successful upload) to get the video. Could you please provide the solution or some pointers for my use case? Thank You

if you set files to be private and use Iframe to copy-paste code, you will generate a token, and that token copied will expire in 24h.
I would suggest making the file Public and just enable domain-level protection, that way even if someone shares a link I can't open it as it's not coming from your website.
