Hi. I am trying to balance quality and size. I have videos with no significant movement which look fine. The videos with cars driving are very pixilated at lower bitrates.

I've used 2Pass VBR which keeps the file size low but improves the moving parts significantly on the PC... but once uploaded, embedded into learndash and played back, they look pixilated again.

Anyone know if Publitio applies some sort of compression or if there's a setting I need to change or use? Any help gratefully received. Thanks. ..Jon
